Commerce – A Commerce woman has been placed on probation after pleading guilty to multiple charges in connection to a chase along I-30.
Kelly Michelle McGee entered the pleas to driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, endangering a child and evading arrest with a vehicle. She was placed on five years probation on each charged along with 200 hours of community service.
McGee was observed doing 85 mph on the interstate in May 2009. The chase continued for another 10 miles reaching speeds of up to 94 mph. Inside the vehicle was a four-year-old child.
