Greenville – A sentenced is handed down in connection to an improper video recording.
51-year-old James Keith Hayes, of Greenville, was given five years of probation, with 90 days in the Hunt County Jail during a hearing Wednesday. Hayes had previously entered an open plea of guilty to one count of improper photo or visual recording.
Reports indicate a woman and her daughter observed Hayes using his phone to take photos of the child while inside the Greenville Wal-Mart in February, 2008. Hayes told investigators he had used his cell phone to take the photos on multiple occasions during the previous year.
