Probation revocation sought for Commerce man

By Brad Kellar

Greenville – A Commerce man could face prison time if his probation on a DWI charge is revoked.

Lloyd Wayne Brown is alleged to have left the scene of an accident along FM 1566 last October, where two Greenville residents were injured.

He's previously been convicted of felony driving while intoxicated for a February, 2008 incident. Prosecutors are looking to revoke the probation Brown received following the 2008 conviction, which was his third DWI since 2002.

The indictment against Brown also lists numerous misdemeanor offenses.
