Greenville – A proposed apartment complex does not have the support of the Greenville City Council. The Greenville City Council Tuesday voted unanimously not to support the proposed Meadows at O'Neal complex aimed at senior citizens. Developers had said the Council's support was needed in order for the project to obtain tax credits which would make the effort financially viable. Tuesday was the third time project had been presented to the Council for its consideration.
