– A Rains County man faces multiple charges following a routine traffic stop.
17-year-old Bobby James Smitty was pulled over for speeding along Interstate 30 in Hopkins County.
He was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. A records check found Smitty was also wanted on warrants for burglary and assault.
