ROCKWALL - Ahead of Tuesday’s primary election, 89-year-old Congressman Ralph Hall took time to skydive over the weekend to celebrate Memorial Day.
Hall was guided by an instructor on the dive, which took place over his hometown of Rockwall. He says the jump is in honor of all of those who have served our country.
Hall, who is seeking a 17th term in office, faces fellow republicans Steve Clarkand Lou Giglottiin Tuesday’s Republican Party Primary. Hall represents Texas’ 4th District, which includes more than a dozen Northeast Texas counties.
