Greenville – The rebuilding of a major Greenville thoroughfare is one step closer. The Greenville Council Tuesday awarded a professional services contract to Stovall and Associates of Greenville, allowing the company to perform surveying services needed to design the reconstruction of Traders Road. The first step in what is expected to be very challenging and costly project includes where to place a utility easement where water, sewer, electrical and other pipes and wires will be relocated.
