Recent motel raid opens door to stolen merchandise

HUNT COUNTY - Hunt County Sheriff’s officials have arrested three people, one of whom is believed to have knowingly purchased stolen goods, in raids last week.

Anthony Joseph Mabe, of Greenville, along with Celina Demaree Widmer Gallimore, of Quinlan, were taken into custody at the Luxary Inn along Interstate 30 West.

Mabe was charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, and is believed by Sheriff Randy Meeks to have an extensive criminal history as a fence, or receiver of stolen goods and/or property, in the area. Mabe has allegedly traded drugs for stolen merchandise.

Gaillimore was arrested on several outstanding felony warrants.
