Rep. Hall facing familiar opponents in 2012

A Rains County man is seeking the republican nomination for an area congressional seat.

Lou Gigliotti, of East Tawakoni, is one of at least two candidates to make a run for 4th District of Texas, held by longtime Incumbent Ralph Hall. John Cooper, of Sulphur Springs, is also expected to file, but was listed as a candidate as of Tuesday. Both men were among the candidates who challenged Hall in the 2010 Republican Party primary election. 

Hall has announced he is seeking a 17th term in office, but has not yet filed for the position.
