– State Representative for District 3 Mark Homer is announcing plans to run for re-election.
Homer represents the citizens of Lamar, Red River, Delta, Hopkins, Franklin and Titus Counties.
He has served for 10 years and was appointed Chairman of Culture, Recreation and Tourism during the 81st Legislative Session. He also serves on the Land and Resource Management Committee.
Homer will begin his campaign in the coming weeks when he tours the district.
