It has now been three weeks since a Greenville teenager disappeared with no recent developments reported in the hunt for her killer.
A reward has risen to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and then conviction of whomever murdered Alicia Chanta Moore. With donations also coming in for a fund to assist Moore’s Family, that fund has risen to at least $3500. Billboards are planned to be raised along two highways during the first week of December to publicize the case. One of the billboards will be placed on westbound Interstate 30 near the intersection of FM 1570 while the other will be placed on westbound US highway 380 near McKinney.
Greenville Police Department has indicated that as of Wednesday there was no additional information to release concerning Moore’s case. Moore was last seen on the afternoon of November 2nd getting off of a school bus at the intersection of Boureland and Walnut Streets in Greenville, about a half block from her home. Her body was found November 6th along FM 47 in Van Zandt County.
