Greenville – Some big changes are coming to driving on Interstate 30. Motorists have about one more week to continue using all the exits along Interstate 30 as it passes through Greenville. You'll soon have to start changing the routes you take, as the project surrounding the placement of the State Highway 34/ Wesley Overpass expands.
The Texas Department of Transportation and its contractor, Austin Bridge and Road, have announced they plan to close one connector road and one ramp on the Interstate on or around Monday. The roadway and ramp closures are necessary to accommodate construction work on the north side of Interstate 30 at U.S. Highway 69.
Motorists are being advised to exercise caution when traveling in the area.
