Royse City – Some gas customers in Royse City are still not getting what they paid for. Pumps at the Sunmart Texaco No. 106 on Interstate 30 were recently found to be out of compliance, according to a report issued Monday by the Texas Department of Agriculture. Texas Agriculture Commissioner Todd Staples is accusing the company which owns the pumps and hundreds more at stations across the state, of intentionally rigging them to cheat consumers. The company has denied the allegations. The Royse City station, however, has failed inspections three times in less than a month.
