Royse City – A Royse City man remains hospitalized after being shot by law enforcement officers following an alleged domestic disturbance. Johnny Joe Webb reportedly was wounded after he shot at officers from a residence near the Hunt/Rockwall County line. He remains at Parkland Hospital in Dallas.
