Sulphur Springs – A Sulphur Springs man has been arrested in Cumby after police say he evaded arrest with his vehicle.
50-year-old Gerald Lee Levine Jr. was observed crossing the center line of the I-30 service road in Cumby and almost collided head on with a police cruiser.
After a brief pursuit, he was arrested at the Hwy 50 bridge. Levine was also charged with DWI.
