Sampling the delicacies in Hong Kong

Mary couldn't pass up the opportunity the sample the native cuisine during a visit to Hong Kong, and still found time to attend a cooking course.

Attendees of the class left with an understanding of how to make sweet and sour fish, and other dishes.
