Greenville – A South Texas man will appear before a Hunt County Judge this week charges of aggravated robbery.
Jackie Lawrence Scott, of Fredericksburg, faces trial for his alleged robbery of the Peace Tree Game Room in December 2008.
Scott has also been indicted on one count each of aggravated kidnapping involving the same reported incident and one count of aggravated assault involving a separate incident.
Opening arguments begin today, but only on the robbery charge. Scott is the third person to face trial for the alleged hold-up.
