Search for missing man enters eleventh day

By Brad Kellar

Greenville – 51-year-old Matthew "Matt" Hallman was last believed to be at a residence in Greenville along CR 3310, otherwise known as Bethel Road. It is one of two houses owned in the region by Hallman and his wife Kathy, who reported him missing on July 23.

Hallman had reportedly gone to the home to perform some routine house maintenance, and sent a text message to his wife indicating he'd be arriving at their Rockwall home a bit later. He hasn't been heard from since.

Foul play in the case has not been ruled out.

Hunt County Sheriff Randy Meeks says Hallman appeared to have left his wallet and other personal effects with the vehicle he was driving, found at the Greenville residence.

Anyone with information into Hallman's disappearance is urged to contact police.
