Commerce – The search for Texas A&M University Commerce's next president hits its preliminary stage this week.

Several forums will be held tomorrow and Thursday to assist in the initial process. Chair of the Presidential Search Advisory Committee David Crenshaw encourages everyone to have a say in determining the University's next leader.

Dr. Bill Franklin of Academic Search incorporated will be in Commerce to gather information from University personnel and community members. These forums will enable Dr. Franklin in developing a search prospectus which will aid in the job search.

You're invited to the alumni and community leader forum tomorrow evening from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. in the leadership lounge of the Memorial Student Center. Students can also provide input at the student brown bag luncheon on Thursday at noon in the Rayburn Room of the MSC.
