Second city official enters plea in records tampering case

Lone Oak – The second of two former City of Lone Oak officials, charged with records tampering, has pleaded not guilty.

Diann Butler Dockery, of Fruitvale, was arraigned on one count of tampering with governmental records Tuesday. A tentative trial date was set for Sept. 27.

Anna Marie Wilson, of Lone Oak, pleaded not guilty earlier this month and will go to trial Oct. 11.

Dockery is the former city secretary for the City of Lone Oak while Wilson had previously been employed as a clerk with the Lone Oak Municipal Court.
