Second organized crime suspect pleads guilty

GREENVILLE - Two suspects have now pleaded guilty to their involvement in an organized theft ring targeting area Wal-Marts, with a third suspect to be tried next year.

On Wednesday, Daniel Lee Patrick admitting to engaging in organized crime and received the maximum punishment of two years in prison. Hillary Lynn Clark had previously pleaded guilty in September to organized retail theft and given 18 months. Still awaiting trial is David Eugene Marshall.

Each of the suspects, all from Arlington, were arrested following an incident at the Commerce Wal-Mart in 2009.
