Quinlan – A sentence is pending now on a Quinlan arson charge. James Collard pleaded guilty in February to setting fire to a house full of children. He has already been sentenced to ten years for ten counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, but now faces sentencing on an arson charge connected with the blaze.
