Severe weather, tornadoes possible Sunday

National Weather Service/Fort Worth

After a stormy start to April, Mother Nature isn't stopping yet. The National Weather Service is forecasting severe weather Sunday afternoon and into Sunday evening.

As of right now, the main impacts are expected to be hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes.

On April 3, North Texas experienced multiple tornadoes and sustained damages costing over $300 million.

In the event of severe weather in Northeast Texas, 88.9 KETR-FM will have live severe weather coverage to keep you safe.
