Commerce – Police are reporting the attempted sexual assault of two women at the Commerce Wal-Mart earlier this month.
After reviewing surveillance video, a Hispanic male suspect is seen grabbing a female from behind on September 11. The video also shows another female was attacked, but has yet to report the crime.
The suspect is described as approximately 5'6'' tall, 155 pounds, and at the time of the offense was wearing blue jeans, a light blue and white horizontally striped shirt and a maroon ball cap. He was observed leaving the scence in a white Oldsmobile sedan.
