Greenville – A meeting early next year will address big plans for just west of Greenville, as well as portions of the Interstate 30 corridor.
An initial public hearing of the Plan Advisory Committee for the Small Area Plan is to convene Thursday, January 6 in the Fletcher Warren Civic Center.
Residents are encouraged to attend and learn about the plan, which could help guide development between Greenville and Caddo Mills. The plan is also slated to include a giant municipal utility district, covering thousands of acres west of the city.
