Sulphur Springs – The Public is invited to a meeting this evening sponsored by the Sulphur Springs Downtown Business Association. The Small Business Development Center at Paris Junior College will host the seminar at the Plain and Fancy Sandwich Shop on the Square at 6:30 p.m.
Over $1.50 million in loans has been generated by the center in Hopkins, Delta, Hunt, Lamar and Red River counties.
