Commerce – Education was a key message addressed Tuesday by Texas A&M System Board of Regent member Gene Stallings. Stallings was the keynote speaker at the University's spring convocation. Stallings was a former football coach for several organizations including the University of Alabama and Dallas Cowboys. He's received National Coach of the Year and Paul Bryant Coach of the Year honors. Throughout his speech Stallings spoke about his coaching experience and how it related to the challenges and opportunities present in the academic and professional world. Each semester A&M-Commerce invites a speaker to campus to address and motivate faculty and students on a variety of topics.
