Sulphur Springs – A local business owner is elected vice chairman to the Independent Bankers Association of Texas.
Tom Sellers of Alliance Bank in Sulphur Springs was chosen during the 35th annual convention in San Antonio.
The Independent Bankers Association of Texas is the nation's largest state community banking organization, representing more than 2,000 Texas-based community banks and branches in 700 communities across the state.
