Northeast Texas – The National Weather Service will be holding Storm Spotter classes in the area next week. Three fundamental aspects of severe weather will be emphasized this year: observing, reporting, and safety. Tornado formation and behavior will also be discussed.
Training will be held in the following cities from 7pm to 9pm:
PARIS:Monday, January 29th at Aikin Elementary School.
BONHAM:Tuesday the 30th at the County South Annex Building.
COOPER:Wednesday the 31st at the County Courthouse.
SULPHUR SPRINGS:Thursday February 1st at the City Library.
