Commerce – It's one of the more unusual cases you'll ever hear regarding an aggravated assault that caused serious bodily injury.
It occurred Monday at the Commerce Hardware store.
Reports indicate 57-year-old Ricky Edward Eubanks, of Dike, blew white pepper into the face of a female employee twice, in an attempt to make her sneeze.
After speaking with police, the suspect reportedly confessed to a personal problem where he becomes aroused when women sneeze.
The employee was taken to Hunt Regional Hospital in Commerce for irritated throat and arm. Eubanks was taken into custody where his bond was set at $25,000.
