Paris – A regional mobility authority is meeting again this week. The Sulphur River Regional Mobility Authority or SURRMA board could possibly establish the organizations first set of by-laws during a meeting Wednesday in Paris. SURMA represents Hunt, Delta, Hopkins and Lamar Counties and focuses on transportation improvements throughout the area. Their first planned project is completing the expansion into four lanes of State Highway 24 from Commerce to Paris.
