Tarleton punts, and the Lions make it four unanswered scores with a 77 yard strike as this segment ends and the Lions turn a 7 point halftime deficit into a 48-28 lead with 5 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.
Tarleton went on to do damage of their own in the 3rd, with two touchdowns of their own. It was the Lions who had the last score of the game with a 94 yard drive to notch a 56-49 victory over the Texans.
