Greenville – A Greenville company has received help with their taxes, making way for new jobs.
The high technology business Cytec Engineered Materials Tuesday was granted the abatement, which is designed to help pay for a major expansion.
Cytec was seeking the abatement and the creation of a reinvestment zone for the estimated $15 million project, which is expected to add approximately 21 jobs.
Tuesday's vote by the Greenville City Council was received unanimous approval.
