Greenville – Some surprises Friday in testimony during the Adam Ward capital murder trial. Ward said for the first he believed Michael Walker had a gun when he shot him. Ward also said a video-taped interview with police may have been altered before it was shown in court. The jury could receive the case today or tomorrow to decide whether Ward receives life in prison or death by lethal injection.
