Texas Attorney Faces Charges

The opening statements in the case the State Bar of Texas has brought against a Texas attorney are set to begin today.

 According to the bar, Lubbock attorney Kevin Glasheen committed professional misconduct by charging fees that were illegal and unconscionable. If a court determines Glasheen committed misconduct, he could face punishments ranging from a public reprimand to disbarment.
