Greenville – There won't be a trial this week in connection with a Greenville armed robbery. A mistrial was declared against Steven Derek Franklin after jurors could not agree to consider probation as a potential punishment. Franklin has pleaded not guilty to aggravated robbery of the K-Food Mart in May of 2007.
