– A not so inconspicuous getaway leads to the arrest of three individuals following a weekend theft.
Daniel Oscar Tew Jr. and Dustin Richard Early, of Quinlan, along with Wendy Michele Tanton, of Denton, were taken into custody Sunday afternoon for allegedly stealing a welder, trailer and four-wheeler.
The arrest took place within hours after the theft in the Southfork community near Royse City. A sheriff's deputy located the trailer, with the welder on board, being towed by the stolen four-wheeler.
All three were booked into the Hunt County Jail, each on a charge of theft of property with bond set at $25,000 apiece.
