Three arrested in Greenville robbery

By Scott Harvey

Greenville – Three Greenville residents are taken into custody in connection with a reported aggravated robbery at a local apartment complex.

26-year-old Crystal Heath, 18-year-old Bryana Bankston, and a 15-year-old male, all of Greenville, were arrested and Tuesday and charged with aggravated robbery and engaging in organized criminal activity.

At approximately 8:58 p.m. that evening, Greenville Police responded to a call of a robbery at the Chalet Apartments, located at 6115 Jack Finney Blvd.

The juvenile is alleged to have approached a victim with a handgun and demanded money. The victim complied and then the actor sprayed the victim in the face with pepper spray. He then fled in a dark vehicle. The victim followed in his own vehicle. Police located the suspect vehicle on Bonnieview Street and made a felony traffic stop.

Heath and Bankston remained in custody Wednesday morning. The status of the juvenile, whose name was not released due to his age, was unknown at last report.
