Greenville – The Greenville Police Department is investigating a Thursday shooting in the City.
Detectives searched the scene of a residence in the 4000 block of Roberts Street, when one person was reported to have been shot.
The victim in the incident was said to have been shot in the upper thigh at around 1:45 p.m. and was transported to the Hunt Regional Healthcare Hospital in Greenville, where he was treated and released.
No arrests had been made as of Thursday night, but a suspect in the shooting had been identified. The investigation is ongoing.
