COMMERCE TIGERS
The Commerce Tigers are at home tonight facing Wills Point after nearly a month of road games. The Tigers suffered their first loss of the season last week to the Paris-North Lamar Panthers. North Lamar racked up 27 points to Commerce's 3 to take the victory.
The Tigers are 3-1 on the season and wrap up pre-district play tonight against a Wills Point team that has just one win so far. This is a re-match of last year's playoff game that had Commerce reeling and shown an early exit from the post season.
Kick off is at 7:30 at Memorial Stadium in Commerce. Live coverage here on 88.9 begins at 7.
A&M-COMMERCE LIONS
And the A&M-Commerce Lions continue conference play tomorrow as they hit the road to face East Central Oklahoma. The Lions are 2-3 on the season but got a good start in conference play last week, picking up a win over Central Oklahoma as Hurricane Rita blew through Commerce. This week, they face an East Central team that has just one win this season.
