According to KLTV-Tyler, a 25-year-old Northeast Texas man has pleaded guilty to federal charges that he posted pornographic images of a 2-year-old relative online. Adam Lee Blankenship, from Titus County, has been jailed since his arrest last October, KLTV said.
Blankenship entered into the plea agreement on May 14 at a federal court appearance in Texarkana, the report said. His plea deal includes a proposed 25-year prison term and lifetime probation, the report said.
According to the Texarkana Gazette (http://bit.ly/1lu5J90) , federal prosecutors say three additional charges in Blankenship's indictment will be dismissed as part of the deal. Formal sentencing is expected in three or four months, the report said.
