Voters head to the polls Tuesday to make their pick for the Hunt County Commissioners, and two County Constables.

Polls will be open between 7 am and 7 pm on election day. It could be a long election night, given the record number of early votes cast locally, as well a record number of registered voters state wide.

The race for race for Hunt County Commissioner for precinct one is between republican Eric Evans, and Democrat Jerry Minter.

Republican incumbent Constable for precinct one Terry Jones is facing democrat Glenn Stone.

Incumbent Constable for precinct two,  democrat Wayne ‘Doc’ Pierce, is facing republican Charles Adams.
