Hunt County – The future of transportation in Hunt County will be discussed next week. The Hunt County Alliance for Economic Development is scheduled to meet to hear about the possibility of new freeways and passenger rail in Hunt County. The meeting will take place Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. at Faith Bible Church on Highway 66 in Caddo Mills. Last year, Hunt County was included under the Council of Government's Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area (MPA), in order to seek the agency's assistance in obtaining funds for transportation projects. Cost for the luncheon is $10 per person, payable at the door. Those attending are required to RSVP by Monday by calling 903-455-9885.
