Trial to begin in a child drowning case

By Brad Kellar

Greenville – A trial is scheduled to begin in a child drowning case. Jury selection is set for today in the case of Christi Denice King of Greenville, who's charged with murder in connection with the drowning death of her infant son more than two years ago. The 10-month old boy drowned in the bathtub of King's apartment in January 2006. King is also alleged to have abandoned or endangered her prior to his death.
