Trial Begins for Aggravated Assault Case
Trial is scheduled to begin for a local man indicted in multiple counts of aggravated assault. Jury selection is set today in the 354th district court for Robert Michael Larson of Greenville on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, family violence.
Larson has pleaded not guilty.
Opening arguments and the start of testimony are scheduled to begin next Monday, December 10th.
Larson and William Larson Jr. both of Greenville, each received two indictments in September for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon family violence.
William Larson was alleged to have threatened Robert Larson and also a female victim with a hammer on August 4th. Robert Larson was alleged to have used a pistol the threaten William Larson and another female victim on the same date.
