Hunt County – A trial date has been scheduled in connection to a regional child pornography case. Donald Brian Mosley, of Hunt County, who is reportedly being investigated by area and federal authorities, pleaded not guilty Monday to charges of sexually assaulting a child and videotaping the encounter. Mosley remains in custody at the Hunt County Jail in lieu of $500,000 bond, and has been indicted on one count of aggravated sexual assault of a child and one count of sexual performance by a child. A tentative trial date has been scheduled for Feb. 9, 2009.
