Trial in robbery case set for later this month

By Brad Kellar

Hunt County – Trial could be held later this month regarding the aggravated robbery of an area game room.

Trial had been scheduled to begin in October of last year in the case against Willis Wilkin Langley, of Lewisville, charged with aggravated robbery last May of the Gray House Game near Quinlan. But prosecutors requested dismissal of the charge, reportedly after the victim of the alleged crime could not be located. Langley has pleaded not guilty to the crime. During a hearing Tuesday, a new trial date was set for April 20.

Reports indicate Langley entered the business at 4752 Highway 276 West and pointed a gun at an employee, ordering him to turn over cash. He reportedly made off with between $3,500 and $4,000.
