Sulphur Springs – Judge Robert Newsom has set the trial of Sulphur Springs physician Dr. Don O'Neal for July 18.
Newsom previously granted a change of venue in the case, and the trial will be held in Paris.
O'Neal faces 61 felony counts, including multiple counts of delivery of a controlled substance, prescription fraud and numerous alleged financial crimes.
