Two former Greenville residents killed in wreck

Greenville – A weekend accident in Louisiana kills two former Greenville residents. Funeral services are to be conducted in the City on Friday for 51-year-old William "Tim" Harris and 16-year-old Hannah Nicole Harris.

The Herald-Banner reports the pair died, and two other family members were slightly injured, as a result of the accident last Friday on Interstate 20 in Lincoln Parrish.

William Harris was said to have died at the scene, while Hannah died from her injuries on Sunday.

Officials say the Harris' vehicle, which was pulling a livestock trailer, for unknown reasons abruptly swerved and struck an SUV. Both vehicles were forced off the road, while the Harris' vehicle struck several trees.
