Two men on probation from the Central Texas area are accused of stealing donated toys from the community service project they were working at. 20-year-old Bubba Thomas Vannoy of Brownwood and 19-year-old Cory Evan Lyon of Rising Star were arrested Tuesday after allegedly taking items from Toys for Kids in Brownwood. Bond is set at $50,000.
